MY Birthday Dinner!
so we went to that new restaurant called “LE FILET” the new restaurant from the people who own “Club chasse et peche” which is supposed to be one of the best Restos in Montreal.
FILET, their concept is kind of like Tapas but Nouvelle cuisine style, more posh.
You’re supposed to order 2-3 dishes per person, they’re small but so delish!
We decided to just order a bunch and have them come all along the dinner and share everything!
wow, what a feast.
I don’t even remember what’s what so just check the menu, see if you recognize anything :)

“LOTUS ROOTS”

just cut them in thin or thicker slices, I tried both, Thin Lotus chips are amazing!
or boiled in thicker slices in soups or currys. Has kind of a potato-ish texture..
